Taste Design: Profile’s Signature Brews at Design London Shoreditch
Since opening in 2023, Profile has become a destination for both locals and coffee enthusiasts from across London. Renowned for its meticulous seasonal line-up and brewing standards, it is London’s first café to brew La Cabra using a dedicated reverse osmosis water filtration system, reflecting their commitment to serving every cup at its absolute best. Their close partnership with La Cabra, the acclaimed modern coffee company from Aarhus, Denmark, sits at the heart of their offering.
At House of Icon, visitors can expect espresso-based drinks featuring a classic natural Brazil, alongside pour-over brews showcasing bright, complex origins, all served in the elegantly designed two-way cup from Hong Kong. Throughout the festival, a hand-whisked ceremonial matcha menu will also be available.
